It turns out Detroit Tigers ace Justin Verlander made an engagement pitch to Kate Upton earlier this spring.
The lovebirds met while filming a commercial for Major League Baseball 2K12 and have reportedly been dating on-and-off for three years.
Upton, 23, said the two haven’t decided on a date for their wedding but rather “are enjoying the engagement period”.
Kate and Justin – who designed the gorgeous engagement ring – have been together for a little over three years.
