Bradden’s wife said she was surprised to see Bradden there because he was supposed to be at Fort Hood, The Dallas Morning News reported. The suspect, who had returned to his vehicle in the parking lot, got out and gunned down the Good Samaritan, police said.
An armed Good Samaritan was killed on Monday outside a Walgreens when he tried to stop a gunman after a domestic shooting around noon. The suspected shooter posted photographs on himself on Facebook wearing camouflage, though it’s unclear if he is a military member. His wife was at the scene and witnessed the killing, Cook told KTVT. “I can’t imagine going through that”.
