Dishonored 2 will be arriving on November 11th, confirming its 2016 release. As previously announced, it’ll drop on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

The original Dishonored exceeded Bethesda’s sales expectations (although it did not give out specific numbers), and this sequel can help turn it into a money-making franchise.

A few more things about the game were revealed by Arkane’s Harvey Smith during that same E3 period (such as Corvo having a voice this time around), and you can read a round-up of those here.

“Play your way in a world where mysticism and industry collide”.

Developed at Arkane Studios in Lyon, France, the Dishonored sequel will let you choose between two protagonists, Corvo and Emily, both returning from the first game.

The first look at gameplay won’t be coming until Bethesda’s pre-E3 press conference, which will be livestreamed via Twitch and YouTube at 7 p.m. PT on June 12. “The story responds to your choices, leading to intriguing outcomes, as you play through each of the game’s hand-crafted missions”.

Dishonoured 2 will feature a new story, with Emily now on the run, bringing her to the land of Karnaka.
