The I Kissed a Girl singer loves to dress up for the NY style party, which this year takes place on Monday night (02May16), but she admits she wishes she had more choice.
Perry channeled her inner tech goddess, opting for a sky-high, coifed updo made picture-perfect with bangs and a dramatic lip. It’s just, like, larger than life: “‘Can it move, can it smell.?'”
One day she’s in NY promoting her new line of makeup with Covergirl (heavy on the black matte lipstick, apparently, which looks totally hot. said no one, ever) with a cute black & blue bustier showing off her famous cleavage.
