This recall involves pints of Blue Bell’s Rocky Road that were mislabled and actually contain Cookies “n” Cream ice cream.

The company says anyone allergic to both could develop severe medical conditions.

The ice cream was distributed to retail outlets, food service accounts, convenience stores, and supermarkets in Texas and Louisiana.

According to Blue Bell Creameries, so far, there have been no reports of anyone becoming ill after suffering an allergic reaction from eating any ice cream from the incorrectly filled containers.

Anybody who bought one of these pints can return it to the store where they got it for a full refund.

Previous year massive bacteria contamination problem caused the company to pull all products off the shelf. Consumers who have any questions about the recall are encouraged to call Blue Bell at 979-836-7977, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.

The company issued a recall of all its products last year, the first in more than 100 years, following a listeria scare that was linked to several deaths and illnesses.

Blue Bell has another recall on its hands.
