Garmin Vívomove is more of an analog watch than a fitness tracker

Like its competition, the vivomove at first glance looks like a traditional analog watch, with hour, minute, and second hands. Garmin just announced the new Vivomove that looks more like a traditional watch, while also providing all the great Garmin Connect 24/7 activity tracking features found on Garmin’s other bands.

The idea of tuning from an analog watch to a digital fitness watch may not be the first time to present here on Garmin.

Two smart dials sit on the face of the Vívomove: one shows you how far you’ve got towards your daily activity goal, and the other shows how long it’s been since you got up and moved. At 42mm in diameter and 0.47 inches (12mm) thick, the vivomove is larger than the 36.3mm Activite Steel, though smaller than the 46mm Runtastic.

Apart from those aforementioned features of tracking activities including your healthy steps, and sleeping movements, the Garmin Vivomove watch has it guaranteed 1 year battery life so users won’t have to worry about charging the battery for a period of 12 months. Jump up and walk around for a few minutes and it’ll reset.
