At the start of the season Leicester were one of the favourites to go down and were priced at 5000/1 to win the Premier League trophy.

Leicester will be special again this weekend: the Italian also confirmed that his compatriot Andrea Bocelli will sing for the crowd at the King Power Stadium before the game this weekend.
Leicester are hardly paupers but their spending on players and wages was dwarfed by the teams they were competing against for the title, with their star players all cut-price buys.
“I think it’s going to be very emotional”.
“I was keeping track of what was going on with Tottenham then Twitter exploded, Facebook exploded. I like to joke but I am not insane”.
“After the initial euphoria, a lot of people couldn’t believe what had happened”.
“My fairytale started in Cagliari a long time ago, where I went up from Serie C, to Serie B to Serie A”, he said.
Ranieri’s side are only the sixth team to have won the Premier League, as the English top tier was rebranded in 1992, and the Italian does not foresee another unlikely champion emerging anytime soon.
“It’s clear to me that the club is run very well from top to bottom”, Shilton, now one of the leading football speakers, said. He told me they were always training like true professionals, but certainly he was not coaching an incredible squad.
Leicester’s players are getting ready for another big party – and this time the fans are invited.
“Everyone in Europe is looking at Leicester City at the minute”. You watch every game and you’re just not expecting to lose.
He became a mainstay of Forest’s team for a decade before moving to Leicester in 2012, and only got his first taste of top-flight soccer at the age of 30.
The parade is expected on May 16, the day after Leicester’s final game of the season at last season’s champions Chelsea.
Claudio Ranieri re-named himself The Thinkerman on Thursday as he reflected on masterminding Leicester City’s improbable rise from relegation candidates to Premier League champions.
And getting the timely tattoo isn’t the only slice of good luck Mr Molloy has had this week.
All that is in addition to a £6.5m pot split between the squad under the terms of the club’s bonus agreement with the Premier League.

Club ambassador and long-suffering fan Alan Birchenhall called for Claudio Ranieri, nicknamed “The Tinkerman”, to be honoured by the Queen: “Claudio Ranieri should be getting a statue in the city and a b***** knighthood for what he’s done this season”.
