Carson says he’s ‘very disappointed’ with Ryan’s stance
And in case you are planning to catch a flight out of Eppley today, the rally is not expected to cause any disruptions. “I think he has to do more to unify this party”. “With millions of people coming into the party, obviously I’m saying the right thing”.

“I hope to though, and I want to”.
Trump responded in a statement Thursday afternoon, saying “I am not ready to support Speaker Ryan’s agenda”.
Priebus says it will take some time for some people to work through their differences with Trump.
The day after Trump vanquished the last of his 16 primary opponents, Ryan took the gloves off, at least for him.
Donald Trump is on the lookout for a running mate, and he wants someone who’s politically savvy.
Former presidents George W Bush and George H W Bush said on Thursday they would not endorse the controversial presumptive nominee.
“I have agreed to meet but have no idea whether or not the meeting will be successful”, Trump said.
He doesn’t have “a name in mind”, Trump said, but there are certain boxes that will need to be checked.
His campaign is trying to convert that energy into dollars. He named Steven Mnuchin, a private investor with ties to NY and Hollywood, as his national finance chairman on Thursday.
“I think what a lot of Republicans want to see is that we have a standard bearer that bears our standards”, Ryan told Tapper explaining why he said he can not yet endorse Trump.
Earlier this week, Trump’s final GOP foes, Ted Cruz and John Kasich, dropped out, clearing his path.
In the interview with CNN, Ryan appeared to question Trump’s commitment to conservative values but reiterated that he hopes to help the party coalesce around its leadership. “That’s – you know, I’ll do great on the military”, he said.
Ryan added that Trump needs to “do more to unify this party, to bring all wings of the Republican Party together”. Other Republican leaders, including Senate Majority Mitch McConnell, offered their grudging support for Trump, and Ryan had seemed likely to eventually do the same.
Mnuchin has a long history of political donations, including to Clinton.
Mnuchin is chairman and chief executive officer of Dune Capital management LLC, a private investment firm, and previously worked at the NY bank Goldman Sachs. Trump has also picked up seven delegates in Louisiana.
“Paul Ryan is the single most effective tool and person to maintain control of the Senate and the House”, said Zwick, who attended a Detroit-area fundraiser with Ryan on Wednesday.
This is all new to Trump.
Warren tweets that Trump has built his campaign on “racism, sexism and xenophobia” and that there’s more enthusiasm for him “among the leaders of the KKK than leaders of the political party he now controls”.

Also on Friday, RNC Chairman Priebus declared that he supports Trump as the party’s nominee, even if he disagrees with some policies such as banning Muslims from entering the U.S. “I will announce it at the convention”.
