North Korea’s defector request should go to U.N., Seoul says

China and Russian Federation will hold their first joint computer-assisted anti-missile drill, state media said on Thursday, after the United States and South Korea discussed an anti-missile defence system for the South to counter threats from North Korea.

Delegates for the congress will be brought in from all over the country for the political theater aspect of the event.
