Actually, Mark Drummond, who was not actual owner of car but was responsible for selling that car, said the pavement had been used to display vehicles for more than 20 years.
When workers asked him to remove car from there, he completely refused, so then they cemented it to the pavement.
Celso Antonio de Faria, the owner of the cement company said: ‘He said I could not lay a finger on the car.’
