In her complaint, the Belgian woman said she was travelling on Saturday in the cab from Gurgaon to Delhi when she was molested by the driver, Deputy Commissioner of Police Mandeep Singh Randhawa told reporters.

After the incident came out, Ola removed Singh as their cab driver. The victim alleged that he then tried to kiss her. On leaving the cab, she lodged a complaint with the CR Park police station.
After stepping out of the cab near South East Delhi’s C R Park area, she informed the police about the incident at around 10 pm, police said.
In another tweet she wrote, “We are committed to the safety and security of all foreign nationals in India”.
In January this year, a journalist was allegedly molested when she was traveling from Noida to Delhi via a private cab.
The woman reported the incident to the police late Saturday night and they filed a complaint. “Sensitization must be done”, she said.
“The said driver has been terminated from the platform with immediate effect”.
In December 2014, a 27-year-old woman was raped in an Uber taxi, which she had hired to return home from a party in Gurgaon.
“The way her (Belgian woman) messages were deleted from her mobile, not only that the driver should be booked under 354 but also under 201 so that he can not scot free”, she added.

The driver, identified as Raj Singh, 23, from Rajasthan, has been terminated from Ola’s platform, the company said.
