Fans are expected to pack Leicester’s King Power Stadium on Saturday to see the champions lift the trophy after their penultimate league game against Everton.
Talking to Italian newspaper La Repubblica she said: “At the final whistle I burst into tears”.
That said, in Everton they face a club sitting mid-table with nothing to play for so we’re going for a draw with both teams to score before Leicester captain Wes Morgan is handed the trophy at the final whistle.
Forest would go on to be champions of England in 1978, and the miracle continued when they won the European Cup for two successive years after that. “So we opted to go for Claudia, which also happens to be Claudio’s daughter’s name”. “Here you are the king”.
According to Sporting Intelligence, Manchester United have spent more on new players in the last two years under their current manager than Leicester City have in their 132-year existence. The Leicester City team gathered to watch the match at Jamie Vardy’s house, which saw chaotic celebrations after the win with the players piling on top of each other chanting: “Championes!”
Jose Mourinho, who led Chelsea to the title last season, sent his congratulations to Ranieri and his all-conquering team: “I want to congratulate everyone connected to LCFC; players, staff, owners and fans”.
But Claudio Ranieri has implored them all to give him one more season. But look at the turnaround, we’ve won the Championship and now the Premier League.
“It is important to chose very well for the lads because now for me as well the lads are my sons”.
He said: “I am satisfied, of course, but not in terms of “it is revenge”.
He added: “I have (signed for) three years (in 2015)”. Next season will be the same, for the next 10 or 20 years will be the same.
“Only later did he manage to call me and the rest of the family. I have deliberately not been doing any announcements in how we are going to celebrate until it was confirmed but the preparations will begin for the celebrations which will take place immediately after the end of the season”.
