Laremy Tunsil won’t start career in substance abuse program
Laremy Tunsil tumbled down the National Football League draft board Thursday night after a freaky video of him was posted on his Twitter account minutes before the start of the proceedings, potentially costing the offensive lineman millions of dollars.

Tunsil said both his Twitter and Instagram accounts were hacked and, judging by the timing of the video’s release, it appears it was a pre-calculated attack with a serious intent to destroy Tunsil’s value.
The hacker also posted messages between Tunsil and Ole Miss coaches that showed the amateur player asking for rent money and for payment for his mother’s utility bills. Significant questions about the health of Jack’s knee caused him to fall dramatically in the draft despite a consensus that grades Jack as one of the most talented players in this draft class. It has been reported that Tunsil is suffering from an allergic reaction and that’s why he had to cancel the media appearance. The Ravens said they took Tunsil completely off their board before drafting Notre Dame tackle Ronnie Stanely instead. The Miami Dolphins stepped up and grabbed Tunsil with the 13th selection, getting a big fast talented guy who now has something to prove to everyone.
“I’m just here to talk about the Miami Dolphins”, Tunsil said.
The approximately 30-second video, which showed him smoking from a mask equipped with a bong, was posted to his verified Twitter account before quickly being deleted.
When asked if that meant he had taken money from a coach, Tunsil said, “I’d have to say yeah”. Tunsil could play guard, Gase said.
The Dolphins will be hoping that the drama doesn’t dog Tunsil, and they will prove to have gotten a draft-day bargain.
“Last night everyone saw a young man’s dream turn into a nightmare”, Winston said.
In past years, there may have been a debate, for example, over whether the Dolphins should have taken a late-round flier on offensive lineman La’el Collins amid questions of whether he could have been a suspect in a murder (it turned out he wasn’t; he’s in Dallas now). People can hack your account.
“I don’t know what happened”, Tunsil said.
“I spoke with him and he was thrilled, just a nice guy, but what else is he going to be like at this point?” “I can’t control things hacking my Twitter, my Instagram”, he said.
Miami Dolphins General Manager Chris Grier said Thursday night, “We had known about it”.
An arrest warrant issued Friday said the charge stems from a January 23 incident at a Conway, N.C., apartment and alleges 20-year-old Lewis engaged in sex with an 18-year-old woman incapacitated from using drugs or alcohol. “So, from all the information we had, we were comfortable with it”.
Tunsil dropped to the 13th pick.
