The Republicans stood on the brink of civil war over Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy on Sunday as the billionaire businessmen issued an implied threat against the party’s congressional leader for not supporting him as its nominee.

When the narrator mentions that there was a time when Barbie couldn’t be a president, one girl says, “I wasn’t alive then”.

Ryan said his comments last week were him simply speaking his mind. The presumptive Republican nominee doesn’t believe in climate change, wants to deport 11 million people, ban 1.6 billion Muslims from entering the US.

Childish though this offer may seem, it doesn’t seem to grate on Palin, at least not in comparison to the unforgivable sin of failing to leap to Trump’s support.

Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, and others have also adopted this rhetorical strategy, even as they have registered varying levels of discomfort with Trump’s proposals. Trump’s positions on trade, immigration, health care, entitlements and foreign policy (muddled and confusing as they are) are mostly anathema to me.

“It was reported in the failing New York Times and other places that I want to default on debt”, Trump said. Many an obituary of the Republican Party has been written since by analysts but it may be too soon to discount the serious challenge Trump may pose to any Democratic presidential nominee. “I feel like a great and very courageous soldier”, he told shock jock Howard Stern, explaining that he made sure the women he had sex with were checked out by his own personal doctor. Loudoun County went for President Obama in the last presidential election, giving him 51.16 percent of the vote to Mitt Romney’s 47.28 percent.Obama won Virginia in 2012.

Republican primary voters, what have you done? With Trump’s almost-certain nomination, the other foot has followed.

Her choice to use a private email server was a “mistake” made out of convenience but Clinton said she never sent or received material marked classified. “Turns out that Comstock’s team has started buying up domain names apparently in anticipation of her upcoming run for Senate”.
