She also said that it’s fundamentally different to try to take risks when a show is just coming to people’s televisions, versus when they’ve proactively sought it out. Honestly, racism is something learned, not something that you just pick up one day and wish to dislike someone.
She and her Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt co-stars, Tituss Burgess and Jane Krakowski, had a little fun while flying Tuesday, entertaining themselves with the music of none other than Beyoncé.
Whilst she avoided a major embarrassing teacher crush on pre-Mad Men Hamm (or so she says), the actress conceded that he “was not ugly”. I don’t think he’s going anywhere. Fey acknowledged she’s delighted not to have to beg viewers to stick with the show to see another episode next week, “Oh, a baseball game is next week – try in two weeks”. But Tituss Burgess claims he has “no idea what we are about to start doing”, and prefers it that way “because the less time I have to think about it, the more honest it turns out to be”.

The show’s first season was released on Netflix in March, and earned an impressive five Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for Fey. “She’s sort of in a big hurry to get everything she wanted out of life and hitting some speed bumps along the way”.
