Hillary Clinton says Donald Trump a risky choice for president

With Donald Trump effectively winning the Republican nomination on Tuesday after his victory in the in primary, Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton is moving aggressively to attract layers of the Republican Party opposed to Trump’s candidacy by portraying herself as the more reliable figure to head the United States military-intelligence apparatus. Several Republicans said on Wednesday that they will not support him.

But Cruz isn’t the only former Republican presidential candidate Trump is eyeing as his running mate.

Hillary Clinton is taking the fight with Donald Trump to what is essentially home field for the real estate mogul: the Internet.

“Gov. Kasich will remain in the race unless a candidate reaches 1,237 bound delegates before convention”, the memo unequivocally stated. I certainly hope to be wrong, but I can’t imagine many of Trump’s rivals will attend, much less participate in the convention.

Maybe Trump’s tantalizing vow to “make America great again” and his ability to connect with angry, disenfranchised Republicans (and, yes, even some Democrats) qualifies him for a position as a marketing whiz.

Trump, speaking with CNN for the first time as the presumptive GOP nominee, offered a glimpse of how he will seek to expand his appeal beyond the Republican primary electorate to whom he has catered his campaign platform. Trump won the IN contest with 53.3 percent of the vote, to Cruz’s 36.6 percent and Kasich’s 7.6 percent, according to unofficial results.

“I can tell you that economic growth can be achieved by our public officials if they just do their job”, he continued.

“The Cruz campaign was having a tough time”, Henson said.

Startling images landed on Twitter Tuesday and Wednesday in the hours after the braggadocious billionaire’s sweeping in primary victory, including a shot of conservative writer Lachlan Markay and video of one Bryan Akner, both setting their voter registration cards alight.

Trump is now going to have to start shifting gears to get ready for the general election, where he will more than likely face Hillary Clinton.

Trump’s effective securing of the nomination has scattered Republicans, with some including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and party Chairman Reince Priebus urging their colleagues to unite behind him.

On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders also pulled out a win. “President Bush does not plan to participate in or comment on the presidential campaign”, said his spokesman, Freddy Ford. I don’t feel that she will be effective in making essential changes as president.

Fox News even ran an opinion piece on why Republicans who back Trump won’t ever be trusted again.

Henson said the only way that Cruz would have been able to stay in the race was if there was a contested convention this summer during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. And as I suspend my campaign today, I have renewed faith, deeper faith, that the Lord will show me the way forward, and fulfill the objective of my life, Kasich as saying in Columbus, Ohio. “I have one right next to the White House”.

And he said he believes he knew he could win all along: “Subconsciously, I must’ve thought I was going to win”. After all, we’re not just voting on the President in November-there are Congressional seats up for grabs, too.

“We have to promote our country”, Trump said.
