Garvin County Emergency Management Director Bud Ramming said Tuesday that Chester Barnes was found dead Monday just outside his city of Wynnewood home, which had been “blown apart by the tornado”. No one was in the home when the roof and outer walls collapsed.

The National Weather Service says a tornado briefly touched down on the southeast edge of Lincoln, Nebraska.
