The affidavit said Dr Schulenberg had also prescribed Prince medication, but did not say what it was or if the prescription had been filled.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and deputies from the local sheriff’s department executed a search warrant on Tuesday at Prince’s Paisley Park home as part of an ongoing investigation into the singer’s death.
Before his stay at North Memorial, Schulenberg worked at Ridgeview Hospital, where Prince’s bodyguard claims he took Prince in 2014 and 2015.
A doctor saw Prince twice in the weeks before his death.
Last week, a lawyer representing a California doctor said that Prince was getting help for an addiction to opioid prescription pain.
Potts was discovered hanging around a side door, and told police she had been summoned by Prince for a job.
“The reason we suspended our campaign was that with the IN loss, I felt there was no path to victory”, Cruz said, according to a report IN The Hill.
Prince was treated by a family practitioner twice before his death.
Detectives also revisited Paisley Park on Tuesday as “a component of a complete investigation”, the Carver County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement on Twitter, without providing further details.
Schulenberg earned his MBA in health care recently from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
“Everybody who knows Prince knows he wasn’t walking around drugged up”.
April 21: Andrew Kornfeld and others find Prince unresponsive in an elevator at Paisley Park. “I still deliver babies, so I can be called in on an unexpected basis and there goes my evening”.

Mauzy told the Star Tribune that Andrew Kornfeld arrived at Paisley Park on April 21 with buprenorphine, a medication used to treat opioid addiction. To be certified, doctors are required to undergo an eight-hour training course.
