The 69th Cannes Film Festival (Festival de Cannes) officially kicked off on Wednesday (May 11, 2016) evening in the Southern French sea resort of Cannes.
Mallika has started Indian campaign; Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor will follow. The actress, who was spotted in a Georges Hobeika gown at the opening gala, wore another hot outfit for a Press conference for her upcoming film Time Raiders.
The star-studded event saw festival regulars Julianne Moore, Eva Longoria, Naomi Watts walk the red carpet for the opening ceremony.
Mallika in her 2014 Cannes appearance chose to stay clear of outrageous skin show and instead made a SWEEPING entry on the red carpet, twisting and turning in her sheer white Emilio Pucci gown.
Before stepping on the red carpet, she posed for photographers.
