Paul McCartney, the former Beatles member paid homage to Prince while on his One on One Tour during his stop in Minnesota-Prince’s home state.
According to Billboard, Bey also honored Prince during opening night in Miami a few weeks ago by playing “Purple Rain” between songs and dedicating her song “Halo” to the late Purple One. “Do you want her/ Or do you want me?” In her video for “Sandcastles”, she’s on the keys and on “Love Drought” she flexes her skills too.
Beyoncé got to share the stage with Prince at the 2004 Grammys.
Beyonce is just one of several musicians to cover songs by the late musician during their own concert shows.
