Vardy vows to stay with champions Leicester
“Ranieri is a good man, he did very good work and we are happy for him and everybody”, he said.

Former Juventus defender Nicola Legrottaglie has showered Claudio Ranieri with heavy praise following Leicester City’s sensational Premier League success.
He joined Leicester in a club record deal in January 2015 for a fee reported by the BBC to be in the region of £9 million, and played his part in Leicester’s miraculous survival in the Premier League last season.
“I asked him [about Greece] because I wanted to know. I would love it. And Leicester’s blue shirts are already quite similar to those of Italy”, Ranieri said in a Gazzetta dello Sport interview today.
Forest won promotion to the First Division – the forerunner to the Premier League – in the 1976-77 season, and then won the top-flight title the very next year. “We will sit down together, it’s not fair to talk now with one game to go”.
Not only did they dismantle the best of the league, they picked up important wins against the risky sides from the lower half of the table and as the reality of the outcome was beckoning, they kept their nerves to seal the deal.
As Leicester’s fans continue to soak up the club’s incredible title-winning feat, Ranieri’s achievement has made the 64-year-old the toast of his native Italy.
“I am not a star player”, he said.
“Chelsea got a good point at Anfield midweek although the Reds didn’t play with the same intensity that had been evident against Dortmund and Villarreal in the Europa League in recent weeks”, Owen told BetVictor. “I want players with the same kind of attitude as my guys”, he said.
The latest prize for the Leicester City boss is the April manager of the month award, which the Italian has claimed just days after he got his hands on the Premier League trophy.
“I like people to work for me when they are happy and enjoy working with the group of people”.

Ranieri’s appointment at the King Power Stadium at the start of the season was met with scepticism by many, but the Italian won over his critics in emphatic fashion. “As long as the film is a success, just like we are”. And now you have seen how he takes the pressure off everyone and the club.
