The Moto G4 sports a 5.5-inch display, as mentioned above, and that full HD resolution translates to a pixel density of 401 ppi. The phone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a F/2.2 aperture and color balancing dual LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an 84-degree wide-angle lens.

The Moto G will hit United Kingdom shelves in early June, with Tesco Mobile, Argos and Amazon set to flog it for £169.

Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched Moto G4 and Moto G4 plus smartphone in India. The main improvements over the Moto G (3rd generation) regard display size, processing power, camera, and memory capacity.

Motorola’s new phones run the Android operating system.

The vendor is looking to continue the momentum by aggressively pricing the Moto G4 and G4 Plus.

While the standard model has a 13-megapixel camera, the Plus bumps that up to 16 megapixels, and pairs that with a laser-enabled autofocus for faster focusing for speedy snaps. There is support for 4G LTE with VoLTE support, and it is Dual SIM with dual standby on both, 4G and 3G networks. Moto G4 Plus will have fingerprint sensor on its front side. The Moto G4 Plus too will be exclusively available on Amazon India, and will go on sale at midnight.

Spanish site andro4all leaked another image showing the Moto G for 2016 without a physical home button at all, which supports Blass’s latest render of the Moto G4 and its lack of fingerprint sensor, as well as the idea of two variants. The Moto Plus smartphones will have a fingerprint sensor that can store up to 5 fingerprints. There’s a microSD slot to extend storage further. The day will come when even cheaper phones than the Moto G4 will boast finger scanners, but for the time being, it’s up to disruptive brands to experiment with bringing such features to aggressively-priced models. These phone come with a Turbo Charger in the box which can charge the battery for six hours of usage in just 15 minutes as claimed by the company.
