According to media reports, the fight happened last Friday night in a South Carolina Waffle house, but footage of the fight just surfaced yesterday.
Juvenile, whose real name is Terius Gray, was not charged in the incident because the customer didn’t press charges.
In addition to their pecan waffles, Waffle House has become well-known for the occasional brawl.
If Juvenile were to get into legal trouble for attacking the man, it wouldn’t be his first brush with the law. Cops didn’t come until an hour later and we’re told they didn’t take a report since no one was there to complain.

Juvenile and his posse were in SC for the Legends of Southern Hip Hip tour, and after the show, they were looking for some late-night breakfast. Juvenile was first arrested in 2002 for assaulting his barber, and the rapper has been charged with several counts of marijuana possession in years since. And it was all caught on surveillance video. Sounds like he better hope this Waffle House attack doesn’t amount to anything!
