Victorious Donald Trump says will unite Republicans

Donald Trump’s last remaining challenger for the Republican Party presidential nomination, John Kasich, has announced he is dropping out of the race.

Mr Trump later described Senator Cruz as a “tough, smart competitor” and appealed to his supporters to join him to bring unity to the party.
