UCLA ranked 14th in preseason coaches poll
While voting for the actual title game was fairly straight forward, it seems there’s a little more debate when deciding how each division will play out. Defending Pac-12 champion OREGON holds the second-most Championship votes, as they garnered 17 votes for the Pac-12 title. Expect some good football games out of the west coast this season.

Steve Sarkisian’s team was also picked to win the Pac-12 South, receiving 32 votes – ahead of Arizona State (7), UCLA (6), Arizona, Utah and Colorado.
UCLA is picked to finish third in the South Division behind USC and Arizona State. “But as a whole, the Pac-12 is incredibly competitive”, UCLA coach Jim Mora said Thursday.
The Pac-12 college football media day began Thursday morning with an introduction from commissioner Larry Scott. Right now, it is the Game of the Year in the Pac-12 and could result in more than one meeting, the first on November 21st.
And while the Sun Devils are set on their offensive leader, they also return a strong group on defense, anchored by a trio of linebackers that combined for 249 tackles and 27 tackles for loss last season.
AT&T has an extensive partnership with the conference that goes beyond the U-verse distribution deal with the Pac-12 Networks.
There’s no question that Oregon State will be have a first-year starter at quarterback this season. “I have no problem with that at all because I’m one of those guys that believes, yes, we should have to prove ourselves every year”.
