A South Korean Christian minister has gone missing, and according to a South Korean report, the minister, who was also a defector, could have been kidnapped to North Korea.

South Korea will deploy the 7,600-ton Aegis-equipped warship, Sejong the Great, which is equipped with a SPY-1D radar that can detect the velocity and type of a missile as far as 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) away.

Under the terms of an agreement reached almost two years ago, the United States acts an intermediary between Japan and South Korea-which do not directly share information with each other. North Korea’s continuing missile program has helped the Tokyo and Seoul come together with the United States.
In February, the United States and South Korea chose to start official talks on the deployment of a USA ground-to-air missile system created to shoot down ballistic missiles at high altitudes to US forces in South Korea.
