Xiaomi has been teasing their new drone recently and now the company has announced that their new Mi Drone will be made official on the 25th of May. It is the first Drone which is launching by the Xiaomi team. The company is all set ready to introduce its Mi Drone in China on May 25th. There is a special feature of this Drone is that it is expected to have a Camera. But reports do indicate that it will be a camera-centric drone for sure like the DJI Phantom series. The launch will be live-streamed as well.

Xiaomi’s new drone will definitely have more takers if the price point is reasonable, say tech reviewers. Xiaomi had earlier put a picture of the wooden copter which is very familiar to the Kids.
Previous leaks suggest that the drone may be controllable via a wearable device, and will offer 4K video recording. As the company is hinting the users that a flying product is coming soon. The drone is said to be able to capture 4K videos at 30 fps and contrary to most Xiaomi products, which are aimed at budget mid-segment markets, this one will target high-end consumers as well.
The timing of the teaser release likely means that the first Xiaomi Mi drone goes still on sale this month.

As for the release of the drone, large markets like the USA and Europe are still devoid of official sales of Xiaomi phones.
