Bran is stuck in a vision of his father’s past, but he’s able to warg into Hodor to get him and Meera to safety. It is all too much for Hodor’s brain to process, and he’s left repeating his final act of heroism: Hold the door.
Hodor is famed for his size, and ability to only say one word: Hodor. Hodor was always meant to hold the door, it was his entire’ life’s mission.
Poor little Leaf sacrifices herself, throwing a ball of flame to circle her killers as they carve her up. Hodor’s journey is complete, his destiny fulfilled. Her biggest supporter: Her brother, Theon, who probably would have carried the day for her had not their Uncle Euron crashed the moment.

Littlefinger rides north to come to the “aid” of Sansa, but she has no use for his help. This is hard for Sansa to believe, considering Littlefinger is someone who knows everyone’s secrets, but in his defense, it’s possible he wasn’t aware of how sadistic Ramsay is, since prior to the arranged marriage, Ramsay was a bastard son, and in this world, bastards aren’t really considered important.

The North remembers, and Sansa’s memory might be even longer than her little sister’s, which is why she made a decision to send Brienne to meet with her great-uncle Brynden the Blackfish to help shore up her forces for the fight against Ramsay.
