National Weather Service Brevard County Forecast: Sunny and Dry Through Work Week

Highs will be in the mid-70s north and the mid-80s south. Warm, but dew points should be in the 50s to low 60s, so drier air will still be in place.

An upper disturbance will kick off widely scattered showers, storms today across the region.

WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY: Low-end rain chances will be in the forecast leading up to the end of the work week. Severe weather is possible with any storms, especially for Sunday night, Monday, and again Tuesday. There will be a 10 percent chance of showers through the day but decrease into the evening. Most of the days next week we will see partly to mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

TUESDAY: Gradual increase in moisture in the atmosphere, so more humid conditions will be in store for us through the week.

Sat: High: 84 Low: 64 Partly cloudy.

Then, how about mid 80s with spotty afternoon thunderstorms on Thursday through Sunday.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms late.

MONDAY: T-storms likely in the morning, then turning partly cloudy later in the day. Lows will be around 70 degrees with south winds at 5-10 miles per hour.

TUESDAY: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of t-storms in the afternoon and evening. Becoming cloudy overnight with a low of 56 degrees.

Wednesday Night… Mostly clear. East winds 5 to 10 miles per hour becoming north around 5 miles per hour after midnight.
