Trump, Ryan meet face to face
Trump’s delegates now include more than a third of the state party’s board, including its vice chair, Harmeet Dhillon, and the chairman of the Republican Party of Los Angeles County, Mark Vafiades.

Chairman Reince Priebus answers questions from The Associated Press about Thursday’s face-to-face meeting between Donald Trump, the GOP’s presumptive presidential nominee, and House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wis., Friday, May 13, 2016, at RNC headquarters on Capitol Hill in Washington.
Republican Tom Cole, R-Okla., a onetime Trump critic who nonetheless has vowed to back him in November, called him “a work in progress”, more so than most candidates. “Some – perhaps including Ryan- may anticipate and even hope for a Trump defeat in the fall so that the party can regroup, along the ideological lines they prefer”. “This isn’t done with a couple of meetings”. “This isn’t about personal feelings”.
Trump, who used the day to launch a robust charm offensive with members of Congress, broadcast his own enthusiasm, on Twitter and on TV. One who is very vocal of the changes he would make to return to the freedoms and prosperity we once had.
“I’ve always been impressed but I was really impressed today”, said Sen. “I think that will come and if that doesn’t come, I’ll go my separate way and win the election”.
Barnett conceded after the minority panel met that Trump’s “tone” on immigration has offended some voters.
Though Bernie Sanders won the primary in IN and is now looking onward to a large base of support in California, the solidifying idea of a Trump presidency has spurred a Twitter war among voters who feel that they will face the choice between Clinton and Trump. “Usually you know a lot more about a candidate because they’ve run for other things”. He said he still won’t endorse Trump but his barrage of “insults will stop”. “They’ve been better than everybody else’s instincts”, Ingraham said, noting how Trump has moved the conversation to a more “populist Republican conservative agenda” which will continue to resonate with voters. “That’s gone now. Ryan’s party is nominating the Republican most likely to make him squirm, and neutrality isn’t an option”.
“The US can not afford another four years of the Obama White House, which is what Hillary Clinton represents”. He’s even offered to step down as chair of the Republican convention if that’s what the nominee wants. After negotiations between the Trump camp and Ingoglia, Giorno described the list that emerged as a “unity slate” of loyalists recommended by the Trump campaign and other party donors and activists.
“The good news coming out of this is that everybody understands we have to beat Hillary Clinton”. Sasse, who ended his recent “Open Letter to Majority America” denouncing Trump with the hashtag #GiveUsMoreChoices, may find silence as the only one left if his new in-state opponents are successful. “He will take Florida”, said Giorno.
After the double dropout, Trump has informed multiple news networks that he will begin focusing on the general election. That’s no great secret.

“Not just within the entire Republican Party, but within the Trump supporters, there needs to be some unification”, Uithoven said. “My concern is: Can we get him there and if we can’t, in the process, do we take other hits?” I didn’t think that a few months ago, but the more I hear people talk, the more I see across the country, the more I’m inclined to think that it’s about winning.
