Bill Cosby is due in court Tuesday so a judge can decide whether there’s enough evidence to send 12-year-old sex-assault accusations to trial in suburban Philadelphia.

Earlier legal maneuvers: At a two-day hearing in February, Cosby tried and failed to get the charges thrown out, arguing that Castor had promised not to charge him if he agreed to a deposition in Constand’s civil suit.
Constand was director of operations for the women’s basketball team at Temple University at the time of the assault in 2004.
Cosby was charged on December 30 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with aggravated indecent assault against Constand. Following this admission, Constand’s attorney, Dolores Troiani, asked him this question: “She said that she believes she was not in the position to consent to intercourse after you gave her the drug”. That motion though, tells a report via people was denied Monday afternoon, with the iconic actor, comedian legally compelled to appear in court.
It says a lot that Bill was never asking these women if they were alright, or making sure that they were fully cognizant of what was going on, before he sexually took advantage of them.
Alarmingly the comedian also conceded giving the drug to another teenager, who he reportedly met in 2000. Therese Serignese, then 19, reportedly met Cosby in Las Vegas in 1976, and Cosby admitted that she was one of six models an agency would send his way each week.
Lawyers for Cosby, 78, fought to have the charge dismissed, claiming that it was brought “illegally, improperly and unethically”.
Good Lord, Bill. Like we said, this is not a good look at all for the comic.
“You would agree with me that obtaining Quaaludes to have sex with young women is a breach or violation of those vows that you had just told us about?” attorney Joseph Cammarata asked.

Cosby’s response was pretty disturbing: “I don’t know”, he said. I just was intimidated I guess and I took them, ‘ she continued. “We then have sex”.
