Ginger Zee shines on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ despite injury
With the race tighter than ever before, Tuesday’s 24-Hour Fusion Challenge is more crucial than ever as the three remaining couples work to boost their overall score with one final routine.

“I think we couldn’t have had a better night”. Those in the crowd were brought to tears during the attractive performance. You could see some restraint, obviously, but she was still fluid and graceful.
This was lovely, and Ginger deserved all the points for dancing through her pain. It was a stylish, fun and delightful throwback to the era of Fred and Ginger – even if it didn’t make great use of all of Ginger’s talents. Len finished the compliments: “You said it was for the deaf”. Carrie Ann droned on about her being classic and elegant.
With that being said, I am torn on this one! Obviously, Nyle has established himself as a strong dancer this season, which is why it was slightly disappointing.
Redemption routine: The deaf model and actor reprised his previous quickstep, and even though judges pointed out that he was out of sync at certain points in the routine, they had high praise for him.
Their very first dance, a Cha Cha, was incredible. “My pelvis was just moving all over”.
Only three couples are left on Dancing With the Stars this season, Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd, Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas and Ginger Zee and Val Chmerkovskiy.
Paige, Nyle or Ginger? At the end of the night, a champion will be named, and the victor will be presented with the coveted Mirrorball trophy. I usually have an idea of who will win, but this season, I have no idea. She nailed it, and she knew she nailed it. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba said in 22 seasons, it was her favorite dance of all time. WOW!
“An absolutely gorgeous dance: playful, athletic, sensual, childlike and lovely”. They rally around Paige and suddenly she’s wearing a red and gold dress that reflected the song’s theme of “Fireball” by Pitbull. Mark was brought to tears, and Bruno hailed it as a “triumph”.
But it was the freestyle by Nyle and Peta that was most remarkable.

“What was so profound about it is not only do I see a man who wants to prove that he can dance in this incredible way and this new approach to how you connect with all of us and the music, but I also see a man who is proving that he can change the world through dance and I love that”.
