Cosby spends millions as lawsuits, criminal case rage on
In 2014, Huth filed a sexual assault case against Cosby that claimed the latter molested her inside the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was just 15 years old.

Camille Cosby’s deposition came as part of a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women against Bill Cosby, 78, who they say branded them liars after they accused him of sexually assaulting him decades ago.
The suit was brought by Tamara Green, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, Angela Leslie, Louisa Moritz, Therese Serignese and Linda Joy Traitz – who all accuse Bill Cosby of defaming them after they spoke publicly. One of those depositions was recently unsealed, and she wasn’t sharing much of any info.
Although Bill Cosby admitted in previous testimony that he gave Quaaludes to women for the goal of sex, Camille said she had “no opinion” on whether or not her husband’s actions were “deceitful”.
During her six-hour testimony, Camille used spousal privilege to avoid numerous questions asked, while at other times, she left the room or simply refused to answer.
She only admitted knowing Bill Cosby later sued Jackson for extortion.
A spokesman for the legal team, Andrew Wyatt, told The Associated Press that none of the lawyers could comment on the scope of Cosby’s legal battles. Cosby and his representatives have repeatedly denied the allegations.
Constand, a former Temple University employee, initially pursued separate civil action against Cosby, which was settled in 2006.
At one point she was asked “Now, can we agree that throughout your marriage that your husband betrayed the sanctity of your marital home?” “If there’s an instruction not to answer and if you want to comply with that, then that’s different”.
When asked about honesty and what it means, Camille Cosby answered: “I’m not going to expound on this”.
“I do not have an opinion”, she said. The plaintiff, Chloe Goins, said it was Hefner who suggested she and a friend have drinks with Cosby there.
“We had sex and we had dinners and sex and rendezvous”, Bill Cosby said in the deposition on the Constand case. Camille Cosby replied: “And I won’t”.
Allred has been an adversary of Hefner’s for a while, claiming he facilitated Cosby’s alleged sexual abuse at the Mansion.
Almost 60 women have accused Cosby of forcing unwanted sexual contact on them in encounters dating back to the mid-1960s.
Her attorneys said in a court filing in February that questions posed during the deposition were created to “annoy” and “embarrass” Cosby’s wife.

A judge rejected his motion for a second time last month, and on Wednesday, Huth’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, headed to the Playboy Mansion to question Hefner under oath, reports TMZ.com.
