Harry Kane has fired a warning to England’s European Championship rivals by claiming their strike force is as good as any.

Kane claimed the Barclays Premier League golden boot after netting 25 times for Tottenham last season and has already scored five times in 11 worldwide appearances. There isn’t an very bad lot of chance for him to stamp his authority on myself and the coaching staff because there is such a short period of time.

Kane’s otherwise successful run-out with England was marred by a penalty miss, but he believes it will not affect his confidence. “We’ve got exciting players and if they can find a way of playing and gel together, we’ve got a great chance of getting to the semis”.

“We should be considered among the best strikers in Europe. As the England manager, you want options – players who can do something unexpected and make a difference”. But whoever is playing, if Wayne is playing, I’m sure the service will be great and I will be happy to get on the end of it’.
