Thunder puts Warriors on the brink
No easy task, as it looks like the Thunder have been able to pinpoint the Warriors’ weaknesses and take advantage of them.

After starting the series off with a vital road win, the Oklahoma City Thunder now hold a 3-1 lead after finishing off their homestand a flawless 2-0.
“I think we’re in a good place, but like I said, this game is over”, Westbrook said after the game.
Can the Warriors win at home and force a Game 6 in Oklahoma City? And maybe this is my own selfish desire to continue watching the Warriors, but I think they can come back to win the series. They’ve beaten the Thunder before, and being defending champs, they have the experience to bounce back and get the wins needed to advance to the NBA Finals. Earlier today, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr shot down an article from Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski claiming Steph was “playing at 70 percent, at best”.
Now the odds are stacked against them and the reason for the turnaround in fortunes appears much simpler than the combined battle against pressure and health. “That’s my job, and my job is to worry about my team, and that’s all I do”. I know this team knows how to play tough.
“When you’re an athlete playing at a high level, you compete”, Kerr said. Thompson put in 27 points and 5 rebounds and Curry had 31 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals. “I have to be better as a leader of this team, and I’ve got to be a leader”.
According to Thunder Public Relations, the last team to score 72 or more points in the first half of two straight playoff games was the 1987 Los Angeles Lakers. The last three games it’s gotten away from us. Russell Westbrook netted a triple-double (36 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists) in Game 4.
The dynamic duo have looked a class above the Warriors’ danger pair of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson and if this trend continues, it will be game over for the reigning National Basketball Association champions.
Kerr could also say theyve never lost three straight games, thus far.

In the first round, it is expected that you may see some blowouts but we are seeing them in the conference finals. Instead of settling for jump shots and 3-pointers, he started the night driving the ball to the rim and forcing the Warriors to foul him.
