Basketball: Green escapes suspension for kicking Adams

Green and Adams have engaged in a testy sequence of exchanges during this series and the Golden State forward also kneed the New Zealander in the groin during Game Two, prompting the Thunder center to say his opponent had “peaked with annoyingness” following the contest. He wouldn’t waste his time.

“I didn’t even think it was something we should be talking about”. Adams is one of my favorite players in the league, and the league needs to make sure that he’s not injured just because he plays hard. “Dion Waiters really got it going in this series, so we need to key him on him, too”.

“I said, ‘Scott, how am I getting a flagrant because my leg went in the air trying to follow through on a shot?’ He said, ‘Draymond, I’m not saying it’s intentional”. “I knew the league was going to let him play or upgrade him to a Flagrant 2”. “We’re used to going game, day off, game, day off”, coach Dwane Casey said.

CITY-Very quickly, because I’ve got to write a column, which has been delayed for many, many hours while waiting for this announcement…

“I dunno”, he said. We’re not upset about it.

“During a game, players – at times – flail their legs in an attempt to draw a foul”, VanDeWeghe added.

Draymond Green knows who is responsible for his kick to the groin of Thunder center Steven Adams: Russell Westbrook and the rest of the National Basketball Association stars who get to the foul line with a whole lot of salesmanship.

Green went 1-for-9 for six points, with four rebounds and three assists along with four turnovers Sunday. The NBA office reviewed the incident and upgraded it to a Flagrant-2, fining Green $25,000.

“I can’t control that”, Durant said. “If you watch my reaction, I walk back to the three-point line, clap everybody’s hands, turn around and look like, ‘What’s the dude on the floor for?'”

Draymond Green will play Tuesday, get booed with an enthusiasm previously unknown to mankind, and somewhere in there the Warriors will try to save their season, too.

During Monday morning’s shootaround, before the ruling was announced, Green said based on his in-game conversation with referee Scott Foster he doesn’t expect to be suspended.

So got any tips for some Powerball numbers?

After taking a few questions on the matter, Kerr said, “We’re going to move on from that”. And the Thunder stud said he is comfortable at any position.

“I would hope not”, Warriors team mate Stephen Curry said when asked whether he felt Green would be sanctioned.
