Ginger Zee & Valentin Chmerkovskiy did a Contemporary routine for her redemption dance earning scores of 9-10-9 from the judges.
Carrie Ann Inaba brought DiMarco and all the viewers to tears when she addressed him in American Sign Language.
Moments before DiMarco was announced the victor of the Mirror Ball, Ibana said she had learned some sign language to express what she felt about him.
All three are set to dance off tonight in the 24-hour Fusion Challenge.
After 10 grueling weeks of unbelievable performances, heartwrenching personal stories and painful injuries, Dancing With the Stars crowned their season 22 victor on Tuesday!
On last night’s two-hour season finale of DANCING WITH THE STARS on ABC, model Nyle DiMarco was named the celebrity champion along with his pro partner Peta Murgatroyd. The point is that we got to dance it.

Nyle DiMarco’s Wild West Quickstep|Nyle and Peta get slightly out of sync.|Nyle DiMarco and his partner Peta Murgatroyd danced a Quickstep to Ray Chew’s cover of “S.O.B”. In the caption, he wrote, “She said yes”. You have to think, ‘Can a deaf person really dance to the music as perfectly as we did?’ I just didn’t know if we were really going to be able to do that. “So that really meant a lot to me and it really touched me”. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba surprised DiMarco by using sign language to deliver her comments on his performance, signing, “thank you for showing us your lovely heart when you dance”. The theories were apparently correct as the deaf America’s Next Top Model victor pulled off another emotional performance. Head judge Len Goodman said Nyle reminds us that the only boundaries we have are ones we put on ourselves, and added Nyle proved he deserves to be in this finale. It was Paige & Mark and Nyle & Peta both getting flawless scores and Ginger & Val getting 27 out of 30 and maybe it was because of that, but they finished in third place on the season!
