Illegally parked Flintstones auto reunited with owner in Key West

Thursday morning, officials posted a photo of the vintage auto parked illegally in the 800 block of Emma Street to the city Facebook page.

Well, not really, they didn’t mention World Health Organization the owners of the rockin’ auto are, but they did find them.

– After an exhaustive search, and with the help of social media, the City of Key West was successful in locating the owner of this “Flintstones” vehicle. The vehicle was parked illegally across the street from the city’s indoor basketball court.

The vehicle was red-tagged but the city needed to get in contact with the owner before towing it away. Please, if you know whose it is, let them know. “This island is awesome!” “Please help us find the owner of this ride”.

Well, clearly it belongs to Fred and Wilma, duh!

After just a few short hours, the city updated its post mid-Thursday, saying the owner had been located. Thanks to everyone who helped on this!
