Donald Trump doesn’t take his commitment to veterans seriously.
But Chris Cuomo is the first to spend ten minutes needling Trump surrogate Michael Cohen about the hypocrisy of such attacks without cutting away for a commercial break, feeding him any softball leading questions, or accepting the premise that pre-candidate “private citizen” Donald Trump is immune from criticism or scrutiny.
Money raised from “Trump Victory” will go to the Republican National Committee and state parties in Arkansas, Connecticut, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
But the 2012 GOP nominee has flip-flopped on Trump too – in reverse. Ben Sasse, and the hemming and hawing House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wyoming – but there’s pressure coming from peace-at-any-cost Republican National Chairman Reince Priebius to come around now. Male congressional Republicans in hard races and women in secure seats are also distancing themselves.
When asked about that quote, Trump said, “Well, I don’t”. Rejecting Trump could alienate his energized supporters, jeopardizing needed votes. The reason for the about-face, according to Trump, is the Republican Party “really wanted to do it” and he wanted to “show good spirit”. His campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, said Tuesday morning that the amount was between $5.5 and $6 million.
On Wednesday, Trump said he would be willing to debate the leftist senator.
“Whether you’re a male or a female, what you want is, you want families to be safe”.
Trump’s campaign has said the remainder of the donations would be given out by Memorial Day.
The announcement comes as conservatives within the party have been organizing to prevent against any changes from more moderate factions within the party and amid wide-ranging concerns about whether Trump would look to make any changes.
Most of the five GOP women in close races have been cautious when discussing Trump, instead emphasizing their focus on their district’s needs and Clinton’s vulnerabilities as a candidate.
Trump hit back at the media late Monday night for giving him “bad publicity” on the issue. She says: “You don’t put ideas in peoples’ heads; they just grow there”.
Even for Trump, this is inexplicable. A few weeks later, in January, Graham said he would support neither Trump nor Texas Sen. “I think it will be great for America to see these two candidates and the different visions they have for America going forward”. “And Donald Trump is not Utah”, she said.

The Hill also reported that the Trump campaign has dispatched an adviser to “quietly” open backchannels “within Muslim and Middle Eastern communities in the U.S.in an attempt to win over a small but increasingly important voting bloc”.
