But Tyga is saying he is not a renter, but an owner of the house in question.

The hip-hop star, real name Michael Nguyen-Stevenson, has been hit with a lawsuit from his landlord, who claims the rapper has not paid rent for two months and owes £31,000.

According to the music maker, he put down a payment of $200,000 on the palace a year ago and the landlord gave him a verbal agreement that he could move in during escrow WITHOUT paying monthly fees.

Reports are the $6.5 million, seven-bedroom Calabasas property is the same home Tyga once lived in with ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child Blac Chyna, resulting her also being named as a potential defendant proceeding in any pending legal actions. So Tyga is in good hands if he gets kicked to the curb. In June, he was ordered to pay $80,000 in back rent to another Calabasas landlord.

You would think he had the dough to cover his rent without a problem seeing as though he recently landed a Las Vegas residency at Drai’s Beachclub, Sin City’s only indoor/outdoor rooftop club, ABC News previously reported. With that said, Tyga has more bad news coming down the pipeline.
