Photo shown in court reveal pieces of broken glass and a shattered photo in Amber Heard‘s home as Johnny Depp is ordered to stay away from his estranged wife after he allegedly threw a mobile phone at her face. The site reports the image was snapped Saturday night, after Heard says Depp hit her in the face with his iPhone. After filing for divorce, Heard now accuses Depp of domestic violence and is seeking a restraining order.

“I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorize me, physically and emotionally”, Heard wrote in a sworn declaration.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl Moor ruled after reviewing 40 pages of evidence behind closed doors that Depp was banned from coming within 100 yards (91 meters) of Heard.
Celebrity news website TMZ published a picture showing Heard with bruising around her right eye.
Heard said she did not see Depp again for another month before he arrived at their property on May 21 “inebriated and high”.
Heard filed a domestic abuse claim against Depp on Friday, less than a week after the actress filed for divorce.
Depp’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, was in court on Friday on behalf of Depp.
Depp, one of Hollywood’s top actors, was attending a charity event in Lisbon, Portugal and not in court. People reported that friends of the couple said this isn’t the first instance of alleged domestic abuse. Heard has filed a restraining order against him.
The alleged confrontation was a day after Depp’s 81-year-old mother, Betty Sue Palmer, died in Los Angeles following a long illness.
Heard and Depp met while making the film The Rum Diaries. At the time, Depp was still with his partner of 14 years and mother of his two children, Vanessa Paradis, and he later stated that his relationship with Heard did not begin until after he and Paradis separated in 2012.
Earlier this week, the actor asked a judge to reject Heard’s claim for spousal support.

But Depp’s team doesn’t seem to be too troubled by the allegations – a statement released hours after Amber’s courtroom showdown reads: “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse”.
