The small private jet overshot the runway at Blackbushe Airport on the Hampshire-Surrey border before ploughing into the neighboring vehicle auction site destroying at least 15 cars. The airfield was closed in the wake of the accident.
The plane was taking off from the runway when the pilot experienced difficulties and the aircraft fell to the ground, landing on numerous cars parked and awaiting sale at the British auto Auctions site.
The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed the plane was registered in the Kingdom and said it would work with British investigators to determine the cause of the crash.
Witnesses speaking to the Telegraph claimed the aircraft clipped a fence and flipped over before landing on a number of cars just after 3pm.
A video, taken in the aftermath of the crash, shows plumes of black smoke spiralling into the air.
“One of the people I was with called 101 and spoke with the police“. Sadly there were no survivors.
“It just dived down towards Blackbushe and the next thing I saw was a huge column of thick black smoke”. “I really expect everyone concerned is ok”.
Inspector Venner added: “There were four people on board, including the pilot”.

A group of people, believed to be the family of the victims, were escorted to the site by police officers.
