Johnny Depp is the father of my two children, he is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heard that these recent allegations being made are outrageous.

Her claims came days after she filed for divorce from the Hollywood star, who she met on the set of movie The Rum Diary, after just 15 months of marriage. “In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man I live with for 14 wonderful years”.

“Johnny has a long-held and widely-acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse”, she said in the abuse court filing. “There also have been several prior incidents of domestic violence with Johnny, in particular there was one severe incident in December 2015 when I truly feared that my life was in danger”.

Model Lily-Rose Depp, 17, did not directly address the allegations, instead posting a childhood picture on Instagram. Things escalated on Friday when the actress was granted a temporary restraining order against the star after submitting photos of bruises on her face that she said resulted from an alleged domestic abuse incident on May 21.

A source close to Vanessa also insisted that he had never been abusive to her during their relationship.

Depp’s former partner Vanessa Paradis defended the actor in a letter obtained by TMZ.

Depp’s first wife, Lori Anne Allison, also spoke in his defence, saying he was never physical with her and never even screamed or shouted.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl H Moor granted the temporary restraining order and ruled that Depp should not try to contact Heard.

The Texas-born actress filed for divorce on Monday, blaming irreconcilable differences and saying the pair had separated a day earlier.

Police officers who responded to the scene that night did not file a report and found no evidence of abuse.

It was determined on arrival no crime occurred and the person who made the call did not press charges.

Depp is now overseas for concerts with his band the Hollywood Vampires, and to promote his latest film, Alice Through the Looking Glass.

Depp’s lawyer Laura Wasser refuted Heard’s claims, writing in legal documents that “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse”.
