The new Ghostbusters movie has been shooting in and around the great city of Boston these past few weeks, and in a move that could reasonably be described as wicked awesome, the cast recently stopped by a children’s hospital in full costume.

The rebooted Ghostbusters sees Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Melissa McCarthy take over where Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson and Harold Ramis left off.
Tufts Medical Center knew who to call to cheer up patients in Floating Hospital for Children.
Dressed in their Ghostbuster suits, McCarthy, McKinnon, Jones, and Wiig let several patients hold their proton packs during their visit.
“They were a true delight to have today“, said Brooke Hynes, Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for Tufts Medical Center. Thankfully, no one crossed the streams.
The hospital posted a thank you message to the cast on their official Facebook page: “Thank you for taking the time out of filming today to put a big smile on our patients faces!”
Bridesmaids director Paul Feig continues to film Ghostbusters in Boston ahead of its release on July 22, 2016.

The “Ghostbusters” reboot will also star Chris Hemsworth, Michael K. Williams and will also feature a guest appearance from Dan Aykroyd.
