Donald Trump rules out US presidential debate with Sanders
To some voters, the prospect of Democratic insurgent Bernie Sanders debating Republican nominee Donald Trump in an “arena somewhere” in California would be a dream come true.

Sanders- who is gunning for an upset primary win in Feinstein’s delegate-rich state on June 7- has a long-shot bid for the nomination that hinges on super delegates flipping their support to him at the Democratic National Convention July 25-28 in Philadelphia.
Donald Trump announced on Friday that he would not debate Bernie Sanders, saying that he did not want to go one-on-one with the “second place finisher” in the Democratic contest and that the networks were not ponying up enough for the event. Among Democrats and independents who plan to vote in the primary, 46 percent back Clinton and 44 percent back Sanders.
Sanders noted, as he has in the past, that the race is an “uphill fight”, but said that there is still “a possibility that we may end up at the end of this nominating process with more pledged delegates than Hillary Clinton”.
Though delegate math isn’t likely to add up to a nomination for Sanders, the popular vote has helped him gain unprecedented influence over the formation of the Democratic Party’s platform. He said Sunday that the superdelegates and “everybody in America” will be keeping the new report in mind.
Trump, however, formally backed out of a possible Sanders debate Friday. “How do you deal with that reality?”, Sanders asked.
Todd believes that Clinton is going to start doing more one-on-one interviews, not just to clarify her position on the email situation, but also because Trump has such a large presence on television news programs.
This is yet another reminder that the authentic and principled Bernie Sanders is a hypocritical political hack who very carefully manufactures and exploits his fake authenticity.
On the flipside, the Examiner notes that Trump depending on the R.N.C. could be a defense mechanism for the Republican candidate to protect his reputation if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency. So I would hope that if he changed his mind four times in two days, change it a fifth time.
‘But again, you know, I think the American people are exhausted of that type of politics, ‘ Sanders added. “With all due respect, I think there may be some aspect of this which he thinks will advantage himself”.

The report concluded that Clinton bypassed basic security protocol and agency regulations by utilizing a private, secretive email system. But most of what we know about Trump tells us that the light touch isn’t in his arsenal and that he would respond to Sanders the only way he knows how – with ridicule, venom, and abuse.
