The “Magic Mike XXL” actress “lost her nerve” to follow through when police arrived at her Los Angeles home, Radar Online wrote in an exclusive report Tuesday.

A source close to the couple revealed to Entertainment Tonight that they “fought all the time”. In the most recent incident on May 21, Heard says that Depp “began obsessing about something that was untrue”, after which he threw his cellphone at her, “striking my cheek and eye with great force”.
According to documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 27, Amber claimed her expenses totalled nearly $44,000 a month including $10,000 in rent $2,000 on eating out and $3,000 on groceries. However, after her average monthly expenses, she was left with approximately 20 percent of her yearly income.

“Johnny’s team has forced Amber to give a statement to the LAPD to set the record straight as to the true facts, as she can not continue to leave herself open to the vicious false and malicious allegations that have infected the media”, the statement by attorneys Samantha Spector and Joseph Koenig said.
Now, TMZ is reporting that Heard believes the cops either didn’t do their job properly or they’re lying to protect Depp.
Depp has not made a public statement since the restraining order was granted but he did release a comment responding to the news that Heard was seeking spousal support and there was no prenuptial agreement in place.
Since the announcement of the couple’s split, the pair have been embroiled in controversy, particularly domestic abuse allegations by Heard against Depp.

“Hopefully the dissolution of his short marriage will be resolved quickly”, the statement read.
