A man from Ledbury, Herefordshire, placed an auction on eBay to sell the unwanted Christmas sprout.
Actually, the man, Dan Allam, said “I’m sick of the sight of them”, that’s why he placed it for auction on eBay, according to the description written with the auction advert.
The bid is nearly reached at £34 yet.
He describes the goods as ‘used’ and with a ‘nibble-sized’ chunk missing from one sprout, while remnants of turkey, gravy, cheese sauce and broccoli are present throughout.
According to the report, Dan used the similar trick last year and raised £99.
He at last mentioned in the description that the whole profits will go towards ‘Make A Wish Foundation’.
