Memorial Day services set
In Plant City, the annual day is marked with a ceremony at American Legion Post 26.

The laying of the wreaths will occur about 10:40 a.m., followed by taps and a 21-gun salute.
NEW YORK MILLS – Services begin at 10 a.m. Monday, at the Firemen’s Monument. A Memorial Day parade will precede the services at 10 a.m. The parade will begin at 9 a.m. on Milwaukee Street in Menasha, ending at Doty and Main streets in Neenah. Michael A. Shepherd, chaplain, Tri-State Marine Corps League Detatchment 494, U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Howland, D-13th, state Rep. John Boccieri of Poland, D-59th, and Anthony Traficanti, Mahoning County commissioner, will speak at Veterans Memorial at Struthers High School; noon, AMVETS Post 44 will honor all branches of military service at Lake Park Cemetery, Military Circle.
Ceremonies to honor our fallen veterans will be conducted on Monday May 30 at the cemeteries in Soap Lake at 10a.m., Ephrata at 11 a.m. and Quincy at 12:30 p.m.
The flags will be put out starting at 7 am on Monday, and then the post will have a flag raising ceremony at 8. The procession will head toward Graceland Cemetery around 9:10 a.m., with a ceremony at Graceland beginning around 10 a.m.
The parade will proceed south on Wyoming Avenue and finish at Wyoming Area Catholic School’s parking lot where a veterans memorial service will be held. The parade will continue to the Village Park at which a Memorial Service will take place.
The parade will begin at Ohio Avenue and West Beech Street at 10 a.m., and ends at the reviewing stand on Park Avenue in front of City Hall.
American Legion Victory Post 13 service, 10 a.m., St. Mary of Mount Carmel Cemetery, O’Neill Highway, Mass follows. At 10:45 a.m., there will be a ceremony at Oak Hill Cemetery in Neenah.
East Palestine: A Memorial Day parade sponsored by the George F. McBane Post 31 of the American Legion will begin at 11 a.m.
St. Paul Lutheran Church will hold a brat fry from 9 a.m.to 1 p.m. Monday at 200 N. Commercial St., Neenah, along the parade route. Participating community members spoke on the loved ones they had lost and are honoring this day.

Parade assembles at the Dupont Veterans of Foreign Wars post and marchers will travel throughout town along Main Street to a 11 a.m. ceremony at the Memorial Lawn, adjacent to the municipal building.
