Clashes between Islamic State, Syria rebels kill dozens near Turkey – monitor
In a statement Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said operation will be launched without the inclusion of U.S supported Syrian Kurdish militia blacklisted by Ankara.
