Michael B. Jordan And Kate Mara Asked Racially Offensive Questions In

When Fantastic Four premiered in 1961, Marvel precisely didn’t survive – the firm wouldn’t formally take which typically name for many years – and builders Stan Lee and Jack Kirby were usually following an teaching from writer Martin Goodman to get something like advantages of the Justice League of America from…

In an interview with the cast of the upcoming Fantastic Four film, the hosts of Atlanta’s Rock 100.5 Morning Show managed to be both racist and sexist.

“You haven’t [seen the film]?”

Petite actress Kate Mara could be seen smiling flirtatiously at Billy Elliot actor Jamie Bell as they chatted and laughed together.

Rickman (“Southside Steve“) first asked what he claimed was an “obvious” question about how the two actors’ characters, Johnny and Sue Storm, could logically be brother and sister, as they have been in previous iterations of the story.

Jordan and Mara said no, to which the interview responded, “But you’re white and you’re black”. But how does that happen? “There’s a whole bunch of different family dynamics there can be without the obvious adoption”.

Since the interview, Bailey has taken to Twitter to abuse those who have called them out on their inappropriate behaviour.

“Namor is a cool one”, said Jordan.

Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four will be in theaters in a matter of days, and box office predictions are all over the map.

“They asked me to!” she exclaimed. Mara pointed out.

As for Rickman’s line of questioning, Bailey said he had “no idea” and offered a suggestion.

“You’re way, way hot”, Dumb shock jock says.

A visibly embarrassed Mara tries disengaging from Rickman, glancing at her companions. “This is a great interview”, she quips sarcastically”.

A mortified Mara responds with a single word: “Wow”.

Bailey defended himself in an interview with Buzzfeed, saying the questions were “absolutely not” meant to be incendiary. Are Namor and Silver Surfer two characters you want to see in The Fantastic Four 2?

‘We’re brother and sister, ‘ replies Michael, but Jason isn’t having any of it. ‘No, but how does that happen?’ he continues to ask. “I did. The other “Fantastic Four” franchises explain the relationship so I figured with this new hipster version they’d have some different backstory”.

This superhero story, though – with Miles Teller as super-stretchy Reed Richards, Kate Mara as invisible woman Sue Storm, Michael B. Jordan as human torch Johnny Storm and Jamie Bell as monstrous juggernaut The Thing, he of the “clobberin’ time” catchphrase – is more grounded than any before, Kinberg says.
